In the Amur Region, heavy vehicles will be restricted from driving on public roads of local importance. Restrictions are introduced for the period of spring thaw, from March 27 to May 5.

The ban does not apply to federal roads, international transportation of passengers and goods, transportation of fuel, medicines, food and mail.

In order for trucks to be able to move on the roads of Khabarovsk, they need to obtain a special permit. The City Department of Administrative and Technical Control will issue such documents.

During this period, a vehicle axle load of 3.5 tons is allowed.

According to IA AmurMedia, such restrictions will be introduced for the period from June 10 to August 31 if the air temperature exceeds +32 degrees.

Earlier it was reported that restrictions on the movement of heavy trucks will begin to operate in other Russian regions, including the Oryol and Samara regions.
