Jakarta – Two Indonesian Army Officer was transferred to the Commander of the Special Staff Group of the Regional Military Commander (Kapoksahli). The two are Brigadier General Zainul Bahar who acts as Kapoksahli Pangdam IV/Diponegoro and Inf Colonel Singgih Pambudi Arinto who is appointed as Kapoksahli Pangdam V/Brawijaya.

TNI General Commander Agus Subiyanto transferred both in October 2024. A total of 63 Senior Officers (Pati) and Middle Officers (Pamen) were transferred from the Army (AD), Navy (AL) and Air Force (AU).

The rotation and transfer is based on TNI Commander Decree Number Kep/1264/X/2024 dated 18 October 2024 regarding Dismissal from the Indonesian National Army and Appointment to Position within the Indonesian National Army (TNI).

2 TNI HR officers transferred to Kapoksahli Pangdam

1. TNI Brigadier-General Zainul Bahar

Zainul Bahar was previously Danrem 072/Pmk (Yogyakarta) Kodam IV/Diponegoro. Currently, he carries out his mandate as Kapoksahli Pangdam IV/Diponegoro.

The 1-star TNI general is the younger brother of former Central Java Police Chief Komjen Pol (Ret.) Ahmad Luthfi. This 1995 Military Academy graduate (Akmil) came from the Infantry branch and served in the Kostrad unit.

This general, who was born in Baron, Nganjuk, 3 April 1972, was in his last post as Danrem 072/Pamungkas. While still holding the rank of Colonel, Zainul served as Kapendam IV/Diponegoro (2015-2016), Dandim 0733/Semarang (2016-2017), Asintel Kasdam Jaya (2018-2020), and Pamen Denma Headquarters (Dik Sesko TNI) (2020).

Then Pamen Experts Pangdam Zainul broke his star as TNI Brigadier General or one star general when he served as Danrem 072/Pamungkas (2023-2024), then moved to become Kapoksahli Pangdam IV/Diponegoro (2024-Now ).

2. Colonel Inf Singgih Pambudi Arinto

Singgih was previously a Sesko TNI Lecturer/Assistant Professor. In the transition from October 2024, the TNI HR officer was transferred to become Kapoksahli Pangdam V/Brawijaya.

Singgih is a 1997 Military Academy intern. He was Kasrem 143/Halu Oleo Kendari, Kapendam V/Brawijaya, and Aster Kasdam.
