Renfe reported it it will increase train seats on the Atlantic axis most Fridays in November and two days in December.
Specifically, it will offer two trains in double composition, i.e. with double the number of seats, i Friday 8, 15, 22 and 29 November; also the Thursday 5 Decemberbefore the Constitution bridge, and the Friday 20 December.
The company emphasizes that these changes aim to “facilitate the mobility of passengers on the days when they return home after the working week”, offering more seats on the days and times of greatest demand from users due to the start of the weekend .
Specifically, They will be offered in double composition, with 560 seatsthe train medium route starting from A Coruña at five in the afternoon and with scheduled arrival in Vigo at 6.20pm, with intermediate stops in Santiago, Vilagarcía and Pontevedra; and the average distance leaving Vigo at 7.25pm.with stops in Pontevedra, Vilagarcía and Santiago to arrive in La Coruña at 8.45pm.
Both services will be provided with two S121 series trains joined together, in double composition, which will mean making a total of eight carriages available to passengers, for a total of 560 seats, plus those reserved for people with reduced mobility.
