Police arrest two Palestinians in a vehicle stolen several months ago from the central region The two were arrested during a police operation near the Rimonim settlement in Binyamin
Two suspects were apprehended “on the hot” by the police while driving a stolen vehicle, during an initiative of the police yesterday (Wednesday) near the settlement of Rimonim in Benjamin.
The police spotted the vehicle which raised their suspicion. An inspection found that the Nissan vehicle in which the suspects were apprehended was stolen from the central area several months ago.
The suspects, Palestinians living in Deir Jarir, were arrested for questioning.
“The Israel Police will continue its determined and uncompromising fight against gangs of car thieves who are trying to harm the security and property of the residents, in order to investigate the truth and bring to justice those involved,” the police said.
