Obien (Tennessee) രണ്ടു Two people were killed when a camel escaped from a Tennessee zoo, the Obien County Sheriff’s Office said. The incident happened near Shirley Farms on Thursday. Upon receiving information that a camel was being attacked, the police arrived and found two unconscious people.

While examining Bobby Mehta, 42, and Tommy Gunn, 67, a camel appeared and approached a police vehicle and another police officer who was assisting two unconscious men. The sheriff fired at the camel to avoid further danger and assault. The camel died on the spot.

Both were rushed to hospital with serious injuries from the camel attack but could not save their lives. The county sheriff’s office said it was investigating how the camel escaped from the zoo and what was the reason for the attack on the two men killed. The sheriff added that this was an extraordinary event.
