If you are looking for a special ‍preparation ‌to prepare ‍early in the morning on a weekend and enjoy it as a breakfast satiating, I propose this ‍to you recipe with oats and only five other ingredientswhich offers plenty of quality protein.

Oat​ and orange muffins with cocoa nibs

With 200 grams of oatmeal, ‍ 70 grams of orange juice freshly squeezed and zest, 100 grams of plain Greek yogurt ‌or skir, Three​ egg and 4 grams of chemical yeast plus cocoa nibs to taste, we can prepare these oat and orange muffins with cocoa nibs in no time.

We will start by preheating ⁢the oven to⁣ 180ºC and arranging non-stick moulds of muffins in rigid pans. Depending on the size we will get more ⁢or less 12 units.

We mix ​everything with some chopsticks until that​ there are no dry lumps ⁢and add the cocoa ​nibs, ‍then distribute the mixture into the molds without filling them to the top, and cook for about 18 or 20 ​minutes or until risen and golden.

Let ⁣it cool, turn it out and serve⁤ it with ‌a glass⁣ of milk or our⁣ favorite infusion, achieving so much with this dish.⁣ fibre, quality carbohydrates ‍and proteins which effectively satiate.
