Director Jude Anthony Joseph has praised Vysakh’s new film Night Drive. Jude wrote on Facebook that the film is a complete thriller and should be seen and experienced in the theater itself.

Night drive. Symptomatic thriller. Abhilash Pillai is the best screenwriter and Vaishakh is the master craftsman. Roshan, Anna, Siddique Iqbal and Indretan all stood out. Definitely a must see movie from the theater itself, Jude wrote on Facebook.

This is a movie that came out without big claims. There was no big campaign commotion on social media either. The film did not have a lot of superstars. Director Vaishakh introduced ‘Night Drive’ in an interview as a short film. Vaishakh also said that it should not be compared to his films like ‘Pulimurukan’. Vaishakh had said that the new film is based on a core story. Vaishakh has been joined by a new generation of notable actors, Anna Ben and Roshan Mathew.

‘Antakshari’ by Jeethu Joseph; OTT release soon

The film is produced under the banner of Ann Mega Media. The music is composed by Ranjin Raj. Editing by Suresh S Pillai. The story of the film is about an event that takes place at night. Anna Benn’s ‘Rhea’ and Roshan’s ‘George’ are part of some unexpected events during the night ride. That leads them to some complicated problems. It is said that ‘Night Drive’ is characterized by a thrilling script and narrative that goes beyond such a plot. When Roshan Mathew and Anna Benn join Indrajith, Siddique, Kailash and Santosh Keezhatoor with mature emotions with non-dramatic performances, the story contexts turn into an audience experience in a believable way. Another highlight of the film is the on-screen chemistry of Anna Benn and Roshan Mathew.

The reactions are that Indrajith is wearing khaki again for the role of ‘Benny Mooppan’. This time Siddique has adopted the Kozhikode style of speaking to set his character apart. Santosh Keezhatoor also joins the cast as a retired police officer. Kailash and the casting are accurate in the film. Unlike a normal movie, what makes it a great theatrical experience is the sharpness of the script and the accompanying narrative skills.
