In recent years, Barkat has led many marketing moves, including Isracard’s digital and rebranding revolution, the launch of Israel’s first G4 network in Partner, Bezeq’s rebranding, launches of a wide range of mobile wallet products, home networks, cloud services and other business products. In his most recent position at the Advertising Office, he led a series of moves that made the firm one of the leaders in Israel in the fields of digital and content. Barkat holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and business administration from the College of Management.
