Villa Regina celebrates its 100 years with a schedule of shows that promises to be unforgettablebringing together nationally renowned artists, gastronomic proposals, fairs and activities for the whole family.
From Tuesday, November 5th to Sunday, November 10th, the city dresses up to celebrate with six days of events and shows that will begin each day at 7 p.m.in a space prepared to enjoy the outdoors and with free access.
The activities will be concentrated in the streets Rivadavia, July 9 and at the Cono Randazzo Amphitheater. From the Municipality they indicated that they will have three scenarios with simultaneous cultural proposals for the whole family.
On Friday the 8th, the music of The Tipitos will open the weekend with their greatest national rock hits. The band, known for songs like “Silencio” and “Brujería,”” will offer a show full of energy and nostalgia, ideal for lovers of the national scene.
On Saturday the 9th, it will be the turn of The Congo, the popular quartet group from Cordoba that sweeps every stage with its rhythm.
The closing of the celebrations, on Sunday the 10th, will be in charge of Destination San Javier. The group, recognized for its tribute to traditional music with a touch of freshness and modernity, pHe promises to thrill with his interpretations of classics and new compositions.
In addition to the main concerts, the event will feature gastronomic and fair patios, where you can taste regional flavors and purchase local products. There will be a walk of artisans, an institutional balloon, and a traveling exhibition that will cover the history and culture of Villa Regina. Also, local DJ’s and bands from the region will perform every day to liven up the atmosphere, and enjoy an ideal space to enjoy with the family.
On Wednesday, November 6, at 11:40 p.m., A special vigil will be held under the title “The Queen Lights Up”in the First Settlers Plaza, where neighbors can gather to wait together for the arrival of the city’s 100th anniversary.
