This is, without a doubt, one of the stories of the season in the Spanish league: Barcelona put together last night (Sunday) a tenth unbeaten game in all competitions, after 0: 4 over Osasuna. The Catalans put together a fourth consecutive victory in the league, and are in third place – just five points behind Sevilla. All this, in a season that seemed at times really lost just a few months ago.

“It was one of the best games since I came here,” Hernandez concluded at the end of the game. The data certainly backs him up – Barcelona held the ball 72% of the time, kicked 24 times for goal and 9 times for frame, created six big chances for goal – and were accurate with 92% of their dedication at the Camp Nou.
Coach Xavi, of course, has plenty of compliments for his stars – and especially for the star that shone most of all, Fran Torres, who scored a double in seven minutes. “I said the exiles from France would come,” the Barcelona coach said of him.

The two who preceded him? Samuel Eto’o, who did so in 2004, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic in 2009.
“He was like a gift from heaven,” the coach said of him.
