To prevent the density of passenger traffic, the required number of additional buses will be released on intercity and interdistrict lines.
In preparation for the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), a headquarters has been created at the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) to quickly resolve emerging issues and effectively exchange information.
“In connection with Victory Day on November 8 and National Flag Day on November 9, in order to provide the population with high-quality transport services, from November 7 to 13, all bus terminals and bus stations in the republic will operate in an enhanced mode,” the message says.
AYNA has directed all bus terminals and bus stations to ensure uninterrupted and safe movement of intercity and interdistrict carriers, sale of tickets through ticket offices at approved rates, prevention of possible passenger density and strict adherence to bus schedules.
