4th round of talks between Ukraine and Russia begins .. !!

Belarus: The 4th round of talks between Ukraine and Russia has begun. Representatives of the two countries resumed talks as Russia intensified its attack on Ukraine. Negotiations are underway as Russian forces today raided apartments in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. Ukrainian and Russian officials have participated in the 4th round of talks via video. So far there have been two rounds of talks between Ukraine and Russia in Belarus and once in Turkey.
