Ukrainian President Zelensky had called for a meeting with Putin before the new talks with Russia. The goal is “to do everything possible to enable a meeting of the presidents. A meeting that people are definitely waiting for,” Zelenski said in a video message this morning.
“Our goal is for Ukraine to get the necessary result (…) for peace and security in this struggle, in this difficult negotiation work,” Zelenskiy said.
