Interview between Time.news Editor and Sigurd Sollien

Editor: Good day, everyone! Today, we⁣ have the pleasure of speaking with Sigurd Sollien, a ‌renowned TV personality who has recently undergone a remarkable‌ transformation through the “16 Weeks‌ of Hell Bootcamp”⁢ on TV Norway. Sigurd, thank you for‌ joining us!

Sigurd Sollien: Thank you for having me! It’s great to ⁢be here.

Editor: Sigurd, you’ve made quite a change in your life. Can you tell ‍us what inspired you to join the “16 Weeks of Hell Bootcamp”?

Sigurd: Absolutely! I’ve been a fan of the program for years and had⁢ even reached out to the production a couple of years ago to express my interest.‍ But it wasn’t until this⁤ year that I got the call.⁢ At that point, I realized I had become quite lazy and lethargic. Food choices had slipped, and ⁢I often opted⁢ for‍ quick, unhealthy options since I had a lot of free time as a freelancer. Participating in this ‌program felt like the perfect opportunity to⁢ turn things around.

Editor: That’s ‌quite an impactful journey. Can you elaborate on the training and diet regimen during ⁢those 16 weeks?

Sigurd: Sure! The program focuses on intensive training⁤ combined with a new diet. It’s not just about weight loss; it’s ⁣about ⁤adopting healthier habits overall. Throughout the 16 weeks, I lost six kilograms and a significant 13⁤ centimeters around my waist. More importantly, I built ⁤muscle and reduced my body fat percentage, which has made a world of difference in my overall health and well-being.

Editor: ‍Those results are impressive! How has‌ this ‌transformation impacted your mental health as well?

Sigurd: It has been hugely beneficial for my mental well-being. The physical changes I experienced correlated with a more‍ positive mindset. I started ‍feeling more energetic and motivated, which really helped ‌me clear my mind. I also realized how essential it is to take care of both the ⁤body and mind in tandem—one affects ⁣the ⁢other significantly.

Editor: With‍ these transformations,⁣ you’ve also mentioned taking on a new career path. Can you tell us about that?

Sigurd: Yes! This experience has ignited a passion in me for‍ fitness and nutrition. I’ve decided to train‌ as a personal trainer. I feel compelled to share‍ my journey and encourage ⁣others to prioritize their health. It’s surprising to see how many people invest in almost everything—vacations, cars, and more—while neglecting their bodies. I want to help⁢ change that mindset.

Editor: That’s‌ a wonderful mission! Before we wrap up, what advice would you give to someone looking to start their fitness journey?

Sigurd: Don’t be afraid to⁣ take that‍ first ⁣step, no matter how small. It is essential to set realistic goals and find a path that excites you—whether it’s joining a class, adopting a new hobby, or even a program like “16 Weeks of Hell.” Your body ⁣will thank‍ you, and the mental clarity and joy that come ‍from ‍being active are extraordinary.

Editor: Inspiring words, Sigurd! Thank you for sharing your story and insights with us. We look forward to seeing more from you in your new role ‌as a personal trainer!
