⁣

The Chief Content Officer of MEGA, Konstantinos Soussoulas, ⁣welcomed‍ Christoforos Papakaliatis and the actors,‍ expressing his ⁣joy ⁢at the international recognition ⁣of “Maestro”, the first Greek series acquired for worldwide distribution by Netflix. “It is ‌a great honor to have this series on MEGA and for audiences around the world‍ to watch it,” said Mr. Soussoulas.

Christoforos Papakaliatis, for his part, referred to his unique collaboration with the ‌actors‍ and the creation of a series that presents multiple perspectives through its characters. “I was lucky enough to work with amazing actors, and that gave me the opportunity to tell the story from different angles,” said the creator.

When asked if the third season will be the last, Christoforos Papakaliatis replied that although the characters are still very⁣ interesting, the‍ time has come to rest and ⁢reflect⁣ on⁤ the ⁤sequel. “I need to calm ‌down ⁢a bit and think about⁣ what’s to come,”⁢ he said, leaving open the possibility of a fourth season.

What we saw⁤ in the first episode ‍of the third season of “Maestro”

The⁣ first episode of the third cycle is divided into ⁢7 subsections, ⁤each of ‍which focuses on one of⁣ the characters, ‍examining their experiences and emotional state, while‌ at the same time explaining the events that led to it the ⁢dramatic finale. Each subsection ⁣is titled: “Unbeliever”, “Empty”, “56%”, “Flight Mode”, “The Army”, “The Festival” and ‍”Ice Cream Ball”.

The⁢ story begins in Athens with two separations: Clelia’s decision to leave her abusive partner ‍and the official divorce of Orestes and Alexandra (a divorce that ends 56% of⁤ marriages). Next, ‌we move ⁢to Paxos, where the policeman Demosthenes ⁢Kouvas continues ⁣his investigation of the murderer ⁤of Charalambos. Antonis and Spyros, along with their parents, are determined to keep the truth ⁢hidden.

Therefore, one‌ of the most shocking parts of the first episode of the third season is the ‌gruesome scene of Clelia’s attempt⁣ to rape⁤ her partner. This emotionally charged scene opens up ⁢a dialogue ‍about violence and manipulation in relationships.

In fact, Clelia Andriolatou, who plays the role of “Klelia”, then spoke about the meaning of the scene and⁤ the message she wants to convey. “The original idea was to capture ⁣another form ‍of violence, manipulation, which is very common today. We built on that with Christopher. ⁢Many times⁤ you don’t understand what is happening to you ‍in life and the ‌balances in⁤ our lives are very delicate,” ⁤explained the actor.

Another point that⁢ stood out concerns ‌the heroine played by Stefania Goulioti. In two scenes‍ (in the office and at the birthday dinner) she managed to ⁣perfectly combine despair with‌ humor, giving depth to her⁢ character thanks ⁢to the clever script.

This was ⁢followed by a question and answer session with journalist Thodoris Koutsoyiannopoulos in the role of moderator, in which the actors shared personal moments from the filming and their feelings about the completion of the series.

The first two seasons of Maestro are already available on Netflix. The third season will be broadcast on MEGA on Monday, December 2. The remaining three episodes of the season will be shown⁤ back to back ‌on Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th December.

Interview between Time.news Editor (E) and Christoforos Papakaliatis, Creator of Maestro (C)

E: Christoforos, thank you⁣ for joining us! The premiere of Season 3 of Maestro is just around the corner on⁣ December 2nd, and the excitement is palpable. Can you give us a glimpse into ‌what audiences can expect from this season?

C: Thank⁤ you for having me! Season 3 delves deeper into‌ the emotional complexities of our characters. We’ve structured ⁢the first episode ⁢into seven sections, each offering⁢ insight into a different character’s perspective, which not only elaborates on⁤ their emotional states but also unravels the events leading to the dramatic finale of the last season.

E: That‌ sounds intriguing! The fact that you’re presenting multiple viewpoints will surely resonate with the audience. I understand that one of the standout moments includes an emotionally charged ⁤scene‍ involving Clelia. ⁣Can you discuss the intentions behind that scene?

C: Absolutely. The scene you’re referring to portrays a serious and often overlooked form of violence in relationships – manipulation. Clelia Andriolatou, who plays Klelia, and I worked closely to convey that this issue is ⁤more prevalent than ⁢one might think. It’s vital for us to spark a dialogue around the different ⁢forms violence can take, especially in the context of emotional relationships.

E: It seems there’s a‍ strong emphasis on social themes in this season. How⁤ do you feel the narrative has evolved since‌ the show first premiered?

C: The⁤ evolution is closely tied to both‍ the characters and the societal issues we aim to reflect. We want our audience to see themselves in these⁣ characters,‍ facing real dilemmas ⁢that many may encounter⁣ in ‌their lives. It’s about crafting a story that challenges perceptions and stimulates conversation — something that sometimes gets lost in⁤ more traditional storytelling.

E: Konstantinos Soussoulas, ⁢the Chief⁣ Content Officer of MEGA, mentioned at the premiere how honored ⁤they are to have Maestro ⁢on their platform, especially with its international recognition from Netflix. How does this affect your creative process?

C: It’s tremendously validating to receive that kind of recognition! It certainly ‌doesn’t change our vision but reinforces⁤ the importance of our storytelling. Knowing that Maestro is ⁤resonating worldwide inspires me and the cast to continually elevate our work. ⁤We feel a responsibility to make every episode‍ count.

E: ‍ With such success, fans are already speculating if this season could⁢ be the last. You hinted at needing some time to‍ reflect. What’s⁢ your take on that?

C: While I believe our characters still have many stories to tell, it is⁣ crucial to step back and evaluate. Sometimes a pause‌ is necessary to reassess and find new perspectives on our narrative. So, while ⁤I’m not ‍ruling out a ‍fourth season entirely, we must honor‍ the journey so far and allow for some ⁤introspection.

E: ⁣Before we ‍wrap up, can you share any behind-the-scenes anecdotes⁢ from filming this season that stood out to you?

C: Certainly! One memorable moment was during a particularly emotional scene that involved intense dialogue. Our actors are incredibly ⁤dedicated, and seeing them fully embrace⁣ their roles in such a powerful way is inspiring. We often have discussions about the characters off-camera, which deepens ⁤our understanding and ultimately enriches the storytelling. It’s moments like these that⁣ remind me how lucky I⁤ am to work with⁤ such talented individuals.

E: ⁣Thank you, Christoforos!‌ It’s clear that this season ⁤of Maestro ‍ promises to be both impactful and⁤ thought-provoking. ⁤We look forward to its premiere on December 2nd!

C:** Thank you! I hope the audience enjoys the journey as much as⁢ we enjoyed creating it.
