Holidays for police to watch Kashmir Piles movie

Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government has announced that the police will be given leave to watch the recently released film ‘Kashmir Piles’.
In Madhya Pradesh, the BJP, led by Chief Minister Sivraj Singh Chauhan, is in power. The Hindi film The Kashmir Piles, directed by Bollywood director Vivek Agnihotri, was recently released in theaters.

It stars Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi among others. The film depicts the planned assassination and expulsion of Kashmiri Pandits by Pakistani-backed terrorists in 1990. Director Vivek Agnihotri was recently invited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Meanwhile, it has been decided to give entertainment tax exemption to the film in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had praised the film. The state government has also announced that the police will be given leave to watch the film.
