Double chamber modular frame now in panoramic version
KEY POINTS:
- TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon has been redesigned, removing the front pillar to offer an even better view of the chassis
- Dual-chamber design provides space for efficient cooling and cable management, with room for up to 13 fans
- Available in black or white, with matching colored cables
ASUS announced the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizona mid-tower PC case with a perfect panoramic view, exceptional cooling and unbeatable style. The front pillar that separated the front and side tempered glass panels on the original GT502 has been removed to give users a seamless window in a build that extends nearly halfway across the entire case.
Advanced bracing techniques strengthen the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon to maintain its structural integrity without the support of a front pillar. It can comfortably support up to 30kg of weight from above, and its sturdy fabric handles are perfectly capable of helping users adjust the position of their PC, as they did with the original GT502.
TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is also available in two colors: Classic Black and Snowy White, with matching colored modular cables.
New lighting options
The panoramic view offered by the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon may make users think about how to decorate their rig with the right RGB LED accents. ASUS offers several options, each perfectly suited to this chassis. First up is the TUF Gaming ARGB lighting kit for the GT502 Horizon series.
This accessory kit provides users with ambient lighting strips that extend across the large tempered glass panels.
Magnetic attachment points make it easy to install and it is fully Aura Sync compatible so users can easily coordinate their lighting effects with the rest of their rig.
TUF Gaming TR120 ARGB announced earlier this year will also arrive in stores. Available in standard and reverse airflow versions, these new fans offer increased airflow and static pressure thanks to their thicker 28mm chassis, producing just 29 dB(A) of noise. An array of 8+8 dual-layer LEDs emit light evenly, and the surrounding translucent panels bring the light show to the outside of the chassis.
TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit for GT502 Horizon Series, and TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub are expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Dual chamber cooling that does more
The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon case offers users a wide range of options when planning the cooling system for their next high-powered computer. It starts with a spacious dual chamber design. The rear camera offers 90mm of space for cable management, but that’s just the beginning. It also houses the power supply and includes a versatile bracket that can be used to mount up to three storage drives or even a 360mm radiator. And all of this is isolated from the primary heat-producing components in the main chamber.
The main chamber is built end-to-end for efficient cooling. Large vents bring cooling air from the bottom panel. Since the GT502 Horizon supports up to 13 fans, users can direct cool air right where they need it. The main chamber’s top vent supports radiators up to 360mm, allowing users to cool the CPU, graphics card, or both with AIO liquid coolers or design a custom circuit. Even if you’re massively overclocking, the GT502 Horizon will give you the cooling options your hardware needs.
Build with confidence
TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is designed inside and out to give users a simple building experience. With compatibility with ATX power supplies and up to ATX motherboards, users will have a wide range of options when choosing components. Tool-free side panels let you roll up your sleeves and start pedaling quickly.
Cable management is also simple. The right chamber offers 90mm of space for cable routing, giving users plenty of space to organize everything to their liking. The versatile right fan mount incorporates cable clips and sockets, so users can conveniently route all necessary cables, whether for storage, fans, or a liquid cooling radiator.
The spacious interior of the GT502 Horizon can accommodate graphics cards up to 400mm in length. An included vertical mounting bracket allows users to orient the graphics card horizontally or vertically. If you want to display the card cover and fans in portrait orientation, you can purchase a riser cable of your choice.
Current high-performance graphics cards typically use a thick heat sink to dissipate heat. GT502 Horizon helps users keep the card perfectly level over time with the included graphics card holder. Its three-section adjustment structure supports a wide range of graphics cards in both horizontal and vertical orientation.
The GT502 Horizon offers users exceptional versatility right out of the box, but many builders will want to apply their own modifications to further customize it. With over 19 removable parts, this box offers modders exceptional customization options. So if there’s a section that users want to customize with their own design, they can quickly remove it.
Convenient connectivity and maintenance options
TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon offers services that go far beyond the construction process. It is also designed for comfortable daily use. A wide selection of front-panel ports makes it easy to connect headphones and other peripherals. The USB-C® port on the front is wired for speed. Install a motherboard with a 10Gbps USB Type-C® connector to put blazing-fast transfer speeds at your fingertips.
The GT502 Horizon makes dusting routines quick and easy. Removable filters for the top, bottom and right vents help keep dust away from components and are easy to remove and clean when needed.
