Due to this high yield many people were reluctant to buy Royal Enfield Adventure type bike. So Royal Enfield has introduced a low-cost adventure bike.
This bike is named as ‘Scram’ and is designed for road biking. This bike is not made for the whole adventure bike but instead is designed to be more comfortable to ride in urban areas.
Unlike the Himalayan bike, it features a smaller front wheel and smaller front suspension. It can be said that this bike is more of an adventure cross bike than a full adventure bike.
Design and Facilities
This bike looks like its smaller model even though it is a Himalayan bike. This bike does not feature the windscreen found on a Himalayan bike. In contrast steel carrier, head light, cans on extra border, side panel are given. This bike also has a 15 liter tank size.
Its seat height is 795mm and features split seats, small grip rail, offset instrument cluster, analog speedometer, small digital screen, autometer, fuel meter, gear position indicator and clock.
Also, if you want trip navigation on this bike, you can pay Rs 5,000 and add a custom bag. It weighs 185 kg. The Himalayan bike weighs 199 kg. This bike has a 19 inch wheel. The Himalayan bike has a 21 inch wheel.
Engine and transmission
This bike also has the same 411cc single cylinder air and oil cooled engine found in the Himalayan bike. It has the same 24.3 BHP and 32 Nm of torque.
But its throttle is slightly higher than the Himalayan bike. It looks like a similar feature will be featured on the next Himalayan bike.

This bike is comfortable to drive mainly in urban areas. Because Dark looks better on this bike than the Himalayan bike. Its pulling power is great for driving in cities. This bike is also great for highway rides. This bike has a top speed of 85 to 95 kmph.
Royal Enfield expects people to be more interested in this bike as it is available at a lower price than the Himalayan bike.
This bike is also expected to be much better to ride in cities as it comes with less height and weight than the Himalayan bike.
