Anything from the Bachchan family is news to the fans. Aradhya Bachchan, daughter of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, is currently in the news for reciting a Hindi poem. The video seems to have been taken from an online Hindi lecture competition held at Aradhya’s school. The video shows Aradhya, wearing a school uniform with two ponytails, reciting the poem “Hindi Ke Madhurim Shabdon Ki Jab Lari Piroi Jaati Hai, Tab Kavi Ke Vani Se Ek Mithi Kavita Ban Jaati Hai”.

Many people take to Twitter with the caption ‘Legacy continues’. Fans responded to the video by praising Aradhya Bachchan for carrying on the family tradition, calling it a super combination of Bachchan and Rai’s genes. Abhishek saw the compliments his daughter was receiving and responded with folded hands emoji. Some have compared Aradhya to her father Abhishek, grandfather Amitabh and grandfather late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Fans who retweeted the video tagged Aradhya’s father Abhishek and grandfather Amitabh Bachchan. Abhishek responded to the tweet with a handcuffed emoji.
This follows the appearance on social media in January of this year of a video featuring Aradhya performing on Saare Jahan Se Acha and a video of AR Rahman singing Vande Mataram for Aradhya’s school’s Virtual Republic Day function. In the clip, Aradhya was seen standing in front of the tricolor flag performing a medley animation of patriotic songs.
