Dubai ുമായി Dubai launches ‘360 Services’ project to expand digitization by ensuring greater speed and transparency in government services. 90% of services are available online.
It can reduce the 90 lakh customers encountered in service centers every year and save more than 3 lakh working hours of employees. It is expected to gain Dh100 crore in 5 years. The project will be implemented with an emphasis on 8 components.
The Dubai Executive Council has stated that the next phase of digitization will begin with the provision of services ‘one-click’ without the hassle of offices, ensuring speed, transparency, accuracy and security. It will be easier to link government services with the ‘UAE Pass’ that integrates into a single app.
The UAE Pass can be used for all government services such as court, labor, emigration and transportation. It can handle more than 5,000 transactions. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, said:

Requirements for obtaining, renewing, renting a building, attesting a lease, registering a vehicle, paying a fee for government services and launching ventures for Emirates ID and Visa can be done through the unified UAE Pass system.
