During the meeting, the current situation of football in the two fraternal countries and ways of developing children’s football were discussed. An exchange of views took place on issues related to the creation, within the framework of COP29, of a joint alliance of football clubs to combat climate change, which will be organized at the initiative of the Qarabag football club.
The meeting was also attended by the second president of Galatasaray Ibrahim Hatipoglu, member of the board of directors Emin Imanov, assistant to Fatih Terim Eray Sozen, general director of Karabakh Emrah Chelikel and member of the board of directors Asif Askerov.
