Former cricketer and leader Navjot Singh Sidhu‘s wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This cancer was very dangerous and the doctor had given only 3 percent hope of survival. Despite this, Sidhu and his wife did not give up and focused on operation, therapy, lifestyle along with willpower. He told in a press conference that now his wife has completely recovered from cancer and diet helped a lot in this.
Sidhu told that in the pursuit of taste we spoil the entire body. But we started the diet with complete research and information. After which stage 4 cancer could be cured in just 40 days. Apart from cancer, this diet also helps in fatty liver. Sidhu also took this diet and his fatty liver went away. He also lost weight by 25 kg. The diet about which the former cricketer has told is completely Ayurvedic.

Sidhu told that to defeat cancer, one has to change the lifestyle, which is the cure for cancer and the same for fatty liver. Do not give sugar and carbohydrates to cancer cells, cancer cells will start dying on their own.

Sidhu told that his wife was given herbal tea during her cancer treatment. For this, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and small cardamom were boiled in water. A little jaggery was added to sweeten it.

Sidhu told that his wife used to have dinner by 6-6:30 in the evening when the day sets and start with lemonade at 10 in the morning the next day. This was a very important part of the diet. Along with this, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer foods were given in the diet.
How did the day start?
First of all, the day started with lemon water. Along with it, raw turmeric, a clove of garlic and apple cider vinegar were given. After half an hour, 10-12 neem leaves were given. Sidhu described neem leaves and basil as ‘green blood’ and berries as the strongest medicine for cancer.

After that, nuts, white petha juice and 1 glass of juice were given. Beetroot, carrot and a gooseberry were added to make juice. Then at the end of the day, dinner, which did not consist of rice and roti. Only quinoa was given in it, because this is the only grain which is anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer. He also said that the use of coconut is very beneficial.

Sidhu told that his wife was given water whose pH level was 7. Water is the most important thing, because most of our body is made up of it, so to defeat cancer you need to pay attention to it.
