The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) reported that after the test data presented by the Public Ministry a judge granted the link to proceedings against Jimmy N. for his possible participation in the crime at home classified as attempted, which was committed with treachery and advantage against four Metro users.

“During the development of the initial hearing, the judge described the detention as legal and after the accusation was formulated by the social representative of the Specialized Care Agency of the STC Metro, of the General Coordination of Territorial Research linkage to the process was decreed,” explained the FGJCDMX through a statement.
Likewise, the judge determined to impose the precautionary measure of preventive detention against Jimmy N., which he must comply with in the Men’s Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center (Cevarepsi), and set four months for the closure of the complementary investigation.
It should be remembered that the last November 19 The accused entered the Tacubaya station on Metro Line 7 and, after stating that he would make an attempt on his life, attacked four users who were there with a sharp object.

After committing the attack, Jimmy N. ran and threw himself into the track area, where he was detained by security elements; while the four injured received medical attention at the scene and were later transferred to hospitals.
At the moment, of the four injured, two have already been discharged, while the remaining two remain hospitalized, one in the Ruben Leñero Hospital and another in the Magdalena de las Salinas.
