Gold prices rise again: Rs 216 per razor – Dinamani

Jewelery gold rose by Rs 216 to Rs 38,512 per ounce in Chennai on Wednesday.

Due to the Russo-Ukraine war, gold prices began to rise steadily from the first week of February. In particular, it crossed Rs 38,000 on February 22, Rs 39,000 on February 24 and Rs 40,000 on March 7. Following this, the price of gold rose again today after witnessing a sharp decline from Monday, the first day of the week.

In Chennai, the razor rose by Rs 216 to Rs 38,512 on Thursday.

A gram of gold traded lower by Rs 27 to Rs 4,814. Silver is down by 80 paise to Rs 72.90 per gram and bullion by Rs 800 to Rs 72,900 per kg.
