The Central Bank issues foreign trade data during the first half of this year

The Research and‍ Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Libya issued⁤ the report “Libya’s Foreign Trade Statistics for the First‌ Half of 2024,” which includes data ⁤related to the country’s foreign trade with the outside world, detailed by commodity sections ⁤and classes for both exports and imports.

The report also includes detailed appendices for​ Libyan ⁢foreign⁢ trade with all countries of the world (European Union countries, Arab ‌countries,⁢ Asian countries, African countries, North and ​Central American ‍countries).

The report’s​ appendices also​ contain intra-trade with international groupings that include Libya, such as (ESCWA, Sahel and Sahara, COMESA, Arab Free Trade, African ​Union, Islamic Cooperation, Maghreb and OPEC).

In addition, intra-trade with international groupings that do not include ‍Libya, such as (the ⁣European Union, the Middle East, ⁢NAFTA, the ⁤ASEAN ⁤countries, the Group of Eight, ‍the Group of Seven ​industrialized countries, the Common ⁢market of South America, Mercosur, the Gulf Cooperation council, ‍the Group of 15 countries, and the Organization for‍ Economic‍ Cooperation and Development) .
