Another hint: Former US President Donald Trump has once again hinted that he will run again in the 2024 election – but this time he indicated that he will take another candidate for the position of his deputy. Between 2017-2021, he will not return with him to the White House.

“I do not think the people will agree to accept Pence as a candidate for vice president,” Trump said. “Mike and I had a great relationship, except for the very important thing that happened at the end. Although before that we had a very good relationship, but I had not talked to him for a long time.” However, Trump did not name another candidate for the position of vice president.

As you may recall, after Joe Biden took over as president, Trump accused Pence of refusing to cancel the results of the presidential election on the grounds of forgery – even though Pence could not actually do so legally. Relations between the two have deteriorated since then, and Pence – who is considering running in the 2024 presidential election himself – has recently distanced himself from the former president and his supporters.

During a Democratic convention, Pence condemned those who continue to argue for fraud in the 2020 election, making it clear that “Republicans can not win the fighting in yesterday’s battles.” He further criticized those who “expressed understanding or appreciation for Russian President Vladimir Putin,” alluding to Trump’s remarks in favor of the Russian invasion of Ukraine a few weeks ago.
