The Public Prosecutor’s Office announced its response to the incidents⁢ of real estate invasion in‌ Derna, ‍stressing that the ⁢Security​ Operations ⁢Department implemented evacuation decisions‍ for ​eight properties,‌ and removed‍ manifestations of violation ⁤of regulatory foundations.

In​ an‍ official letter addressed⁢ to the⁢ Attorney General, the Security Operations Department explained the details of the operation, noting the recovery ​of usurped property, ‌real estate, and green spaces.

The operation included several sites in the ⁣Shiha⁤ area, where encroachments on land known as⁣ “Intelligence Land” ​were removed, and ⁣illegal ‍workshops⁢ and shops were ‍removed,‍ in addition ‌to removing all encroachments on the⁤ path‍ of ⁣the road⁤ ascending to the Al-Dahr Al-Ahmar area.

The campaign also included the removal of ​random construction in the area‍ located on the right of the road at the entrance to the city towards the east, which paved the way for the construction of a new gas filling station.
