The Israel Land Authority continues to market land throughout the country and increase the supply of construction. This week, a public tender was published for the conclusion of a direct lease contract for lease rights in one complex for the construction of 200 housing units in saturated construction and commerce in the “New Maccabi Ramla” complex, Ramla.
The tender is part of the TMA / 47 / R plan, which deals with the “New Maccabi Ramla” residential complex at the eastern entrance to the city of Ramla, between the old and future Road 44 and the Lod-Ashkelon and Lod-Beer Sheva tracks.

It is also important to emphasize in the context of the said plan that it covers an area of approximately 155.7 dunams, includes housing of approximately 1,376 housing units, roads, educational and public institutions, areas for industry, trade and employment of approximately 24,000 square meters and open public areas. In an area of about 33.4 dunams.
The Israel Land Authority wanted to point out that the deadline for submitting bids is 09/05/2022 at 12:00 noon exactly.

It was further stated in this context that the tender is part of plans 414-0556209 which deals with the planning of Lot 17 and road extensions on Altshuler Street Zeev Yitzhak in Rehovot. Moreover, the plan, which covers an area of about 25 dunams, includes roads, areas for industry, commerce and employment of about 12,000 square meters and an open public area of about 3.8 dunams.
The Israel Land Authority would like to point out that the deadline for submitting bids is 13/06/2022 at 12:00 noon exactly.
