The National Consumer Service (Sernac) informed PuntoTicket, after receiving more than 100 complaints for the pre-sale process of the Viña del Mar 2025 Festivalsince users report a change in the date of the tickets purchased.
“I bought tickets through PuntoTicket, for the Viña del Mar event, dated Tuesday, February 25, and the page changed for Sunday, February 23. It is not the date I bought. Total 4 gallery tickets worth $207,000,” is one of the complaints the agency received.
Sernac stated that consumers mainly complain that even though they bought tickets for a specific day, upon receiving proof of purchase and details of the tickets purchased, The date did not coincide with the chosen one.
In view of this situation,PuntoTicket was asked to provide its version of what happened,the number of users affected and the measures it will take to remedy this inconvenience.
