Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, made a field visit ⁤to Tarhuna, following the air depression that the⁢ city witnessed and the resulting heavy rains,⁤ which resulted in damage to property and homes.

Al-Dabaiba met with the ‍Municipal Council ‍of Tarhuna, to ⁣follow up coordination efforts between​ the ministries and the municipality in providing the necessary support, with‍ a focus on families affected by water entering their homes and property.

Al-Dabaiba also inspected‍ Tarhuna Teaching Hospital to inspect the damage it sustained​ as an inevitable result of the water leak, and ⁣issued directives to the Administrative Centers Advancement and ​Development Authority to provide a​ temporary headquarters for ‌the hospital untill maintenance work⁢ in the current building is ‌completed.

Within ‍the framework of the Life Return Project, the Prime Minister announced the establishment of ⁣the “Development and ⁢Development Authority for Tarhuna and neighboring​ areas,” allocating a budget of 100 million dinars to it to begin implementing urgent development projects and improving the city’s infrastructure.

The Prime Minister also visited the popular area in the center of the city of Tarhuna, which is considered one of the areas most affected by the torrential ⁤rains that swept the city, where he inspected the damage to citizens’ property and listened to the people’s complaints​ and needs.

During the visit, the Prime Minister offered his condolences to the Al-Sabit family from the Mazawgha tribe, who lost three of their sons after their‍ vehicle sank in a valley ‌yesterday.

The Prime Minister expressed ‍his sincere condolences and sympathy to the family, stressing that the government will take all​ necessary measures to provide support ⁣to the affected ⁤families and prevent the recurrence of such‌ tragic incidents.

The Prime Minister stressed the government’s ‌commitment to following up on the situation ⁤on‌ the ground and providing urgent ‌aid, ensuring the protection of citizens and alleviating their suffering⁢ in these tough⁣ circumstances.

After the ​visit, Al-Dabaiba wrote on his official Facebook page, ​saying: “At the conclusion ⁣of my visit to Tarhuna, I inspected ⁢the damage caused by the floods, examined the conditions ​of the citizens, and offered ​my condolences to the al-Thabet family, which lost three⁢ of its sons in ‌this painful accident.

Al-Dabaiba added: “We directed ‍immediate support to the affected ‌families,and we launched the Tarhuna⁤ Development ‌and ⁢Development Authority with ​a budget of 100 million dinars to develop the city and neighboring areas.”

The head​ of the National Unity Government continued:⁣ “before sunset in Tarhuna, I had to stop at one of‌ the mass ⁤graves, ⁤where the pain ‌was still present and the wound had not healed.
