The Baroque, an artistic period that flourished between 1600 and 1750 and which manifests itself through perspective effects and bold and virtuosic formal solutions, is here at the center of a five-stage journey in the capital by the art historian Claudio Strinati. While on March 25 the Superbarocco project with 170 works and international loans, to which «la Lettura» # 538 dedicated two pages with an article by Paolo Conti: the project includes the exhibition Super Baroque. Art in Genoa from Rubens to Magnasco, at the Scuderie del Quirinale, in Rome until July 3, promoted with the National Gallery of Art in Washington, in collaboration with the Museums of Genoa and sponsored by Webuild. In the same months the project includes the exhibition The shape of the Wonder, at the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa until 10 July, and a series of exhibitions spread throughout the city. Both exhibitions are curated by Piero Boccardo, Jonathan Bober and Franco Boggero
