Gapyeong-gun was⁢ selected as an excellent association for ‘Safe Nation Training for Disaster Response’. ‌Gapyeong-gun (Governor ‍Seo Tae-won) was selected as an excellent organization in the disaster response safe country training evaluation for the second half of 2024 hosted by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.

The Safe Country Disaster Response Training has been conducted every year since 2005 to strengthen disaster response capabilities by examining the ‍response and management system in the event⁣ of a disaster.
