Events of the cultural and educational project “Russian language: reading, listening, watching in the CIS countries”, aimed at preserving, strengthening and increasing the status of the Russian language as one of the richest languages in the world, will be held on November 30 at the Russian House in Baku.
As Day.Az was informed in the Russian Information and Cultural Center (RICC), the organizers of the project are the ministry of Culture of the russian Federation, the Federal State Budgetary Institution ROSCONCERT, the Center for Film Festivals and International Programs wiht the participation of Rossotrudnichestvo, the Representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Azerbaijan – the Russian House in Baku (RICC), the State museum L.N. Tolstoy in Moscow, the KinoFocus Company, state educational and cultural institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At 17:00 there will be a concert of soloists of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia. The concert will be attended by laureates of all-Russian and international competitions: Olga Seliverstova (soprano), Alexander Kasyanov (baritone), musical accompaniment – Maria Oselkova (piano).
At 18:30 the exhibition “Stenography of Feelings. Leo Tolstoy and Music” will open. A tour of the exhibition and a lecture will be given by senior researcher of the State Museum L.N. Tolstoy Olesya Volosevich.
