A complaint in a civil case against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs alleges that he and Jay-Z raped a 13-year-old girl at an “after party” in 2000. Jay-Z denies the allegations.

The accused, identified as “Jane Doe”, said the attack took place ia former party after the MTV Video Music Awards, in September 2000.
A federal lawsuit, a originally named only Combsrevealed on Sunday in New York to put Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.
The lawsuit alleges that Doe went to the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall without a ticket and approached several limo drivers in an attempt to gain access to the show or the after-party. According to NBC NewsA driver allegedly told Doe that he was working for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.”
The driver dropped her off at a white house with a U-shaped entrance, where the girl was asked to sign a document she thought was a confidentiality agreement.
It is indeed alleged that she was offered a drink which made her “dizzy, disoriented and want to lie down”.
Lawsuits say both Combs and Carter entered the room. She alleges that the latter took off her clothes, held her down and raped her while a comb and an unnamed celebrity looked on. She says Combs also raped her while Carter and the woman watched.
“Another celebrity watched as Combs and Carter took turns raping the minor. Many other people were present at the former partybut he did nothing to stop the assault,” the complaint states. “Carter was with Combs in many of the situations described here. Both agents must face justice.”
Jay-Z denied the allegations, telling X through his Roc Nation label: “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee. The allegations and public scrutiny have left me wanting a solution to get.sir, it had the opposite effect!
In a statement to NBC News, Jay-Z said: “These allegations are so outrageous that I urge you to file a criminal complaint and not a civil complaint! No Do you agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if it were that’s it.” “My heart and my support go to the real victims around the world,” he said.
Buzbee previously announced, on October 1, that he was a representative 120 accusers in cases against Combs, who was charged separately with sex trafficking and racketeering.
Federal prosecutors allege that Combs women who have been sexually abused and forced them into drug-related sex, using threats and violence. The criminal trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
