More than 2,750,000 travelers will move through Terminals Medellín this season

To coordinate the operation, where the mobilization of more than 2,750,000 travelers is expected from the North and South terminals, a Unified Command Post (PMU) was installed that will allow working with allied entities to guarantee a safe and efficient experience.

“We are committed to the protection of our minors, which is why we ask all transport companies to comply with the circular of the Ministry of Transportation, to issue individual tickets and to request strictly regulated documentation for the departure of our minors. Additionally, parents or all those who are going out with minors, who demand, request their tickets individually at the sales ticket offices of each of the transport companies,” indicated the Operational and Technical Assistant Manager of Terminales Medellín. , Ricardo León Yepes.

Yusbeidy Mendoza, a frequent user of the terminal, highlighted: “It is preferable to travel from the terminal, because one has more security, not going in pirate cars because that can even lead to a scam for oneself as a user. You see when the guards, the police, pass by, they make sure everything is in order.”

With the support of the PMU and its operational team, Terminales Medellín reaffirms its commitment to offering a reliable and safe travel experience so that travelers can enjoy the festive season with their families.

From both Medellín Transportation Terminals, the South and the North, the entry and exit of more than 200,000 public transportation vehicles is projected during this year-end season.

The preferred destinations for this time are Bogotá, the Coffee Region, the Caribbean Coast and tourist municipalities of Antioquia such as Guatapé, Venecia, Jardín, Jericó, Alejandría, Santa Fe de Antioquia and Necoclí, among many others.

Finally, Terminales Medellín invites travelers and users to enjoy the Christmas programming, which will be offered from December 16 to 24, in both the North and South Terminals.
