According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 17th, the revised ‘Rules on Housing Supply’ with these contents will be promulgated and implemented from the 18th.
Accordingly, in the metropolitan area, if the exclusive area is 85㎡ or less and the publicly announced price is 500 million won or less, in the regional area, if the area is 85㎡ or less and the publicly announced price is 300 million won or less, you can be recognized as a homeless person.
Previously, in the metropolitan area, owners of apartments and non-apartments with an exclusive area of 60 m2 or less and a publicly announced price of 160 million won or less (local areas of 60 m2 or less and a publicly announced price of 100 million won or less) were recognized as homeless at the time of subscription.
This amendment will apply to apartment complexes that announce tenant recruitment after the 18th.
An official from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said, “We determine whether or not a person owns a home based on the publicly announced price at the time of the tenant recruitment announcement, so even if the publicly announced price rises at the time of move-in, it does not affect the winnings.”
