Lefteris Imellos, who lives permanently in Naxos, spoke about the fact that his brother grew up in Athens and was therefore not as close to his other siblings. He also revealed their last communication and expressed how proud he was of his big brother’s achievements.
THE Dimitris Imellos died on Monday, December 1657 years old, from cancer. The actor breathed his last in the hospital, where he was hospitalized for a long time.
Despite his illness, he bravely fought for his health for two years, continuing his work in theater and television.

Specifically, the actor’s brother said: “I have no words to say. Say what? I was not so close to my other brothers, they live in Athens. I live in Naxos. The day before yesterday, when we were 14 of the month, he asked to see me. He had a feeling he would leave. Or the day after the 15th, of Agios Eleftherios, he asked me to see. We had a phone call on camera. His voice was not falling… The only thing he said to me was “Leuteri I love you”. What can I say guys, we are all a bit difficult and we have to be reasonable.
