Flight Crash | A passenger plane with 133 people on board crashed in China

Beijing: A plane carrying 133 passengers crashed in China. According to Chinese media CCTV, the China Eastern passenger plane crashed. It is not clear how many people died in the crash. The plane was flying from Kunming to Guangzhou when it crashed.

The plane crashed in a rural area near the city of Wushu. The plane was a Boeing 737. The crash was reported to have caused a fire in a mountain in Guangxi. The cause of the crash is not clear. Chinese media reported that rescuers had arrived at the scene.

The flight took off from Kunming Changzhou Airport at 1.15 pm Chinese time. It was scheduled to arrive in Guangzhou at 3.07.

The previous worst plane crash was in 2010 in China. All 44 people on board the 96-passenger plane were killed that day.
