Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Youssef Hosni underlined that the presence of Morocco at this 2024 edition, as guest of honor, testifies to the close and privileged collaboration between the two kingdoms, which maintain exchanges and historical links, share a very rich cultural heritage and constitute strategic hubs at the gateway to Europe and Africa.

Moroccan participation also falls within the context of this joint organization of the 2030 World Cup, which will result in a significant investment dedicated to the construction and upgrading of stadiums, as well as significant investments intended to strengthen transport, hotel and telecommunications infrastructure, according to the organizers.
