B, another beneficiary of the Royal Grace, residing in the commune of Bab Bered, described this Royal Decision as “historic and unprecedented”, which will help transform the region, establish a structured economy and guarantee social stability , noting that this High Royal Solicitude brought great relief to all families and testifies to the attention that the Sovereign pays to improving the socio-economic situation in rural areas.

B, also from the commune of Bab Bred, who noted that this Royal Decision constitutes a major turning point to definitively break with illicit crops and the social and legal problems that result from them and establish the foundations of sustainable development, noting that the decision of HM the King is a boon for the entire region with a view to integrating into an economy profitable for the local population.
