This movement of change takes place within the framework of measures aimed at enhancing the human resources of the ministry in the ranks of authority agents based on the central role they play in embodying the concept of public service in accordance with the vision of His Majesty the King Mohammed VI.
Speaking on this occasion, the governor of the province of Essaouira, Adil El Maliki, indicated that this movement of change will make it possible to consolidate the action of the territorial administration by breathing new dynamism into the action of the authorities of the province and giving new impetus to the efforts they deploy to meet the various challenges, represented in particular by the social protection project, the support of vulnerable groups and the permanent support of the projects of the National Initiative for Development human (INDH) which aims to implement the enlightened vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in order to ensure a decent life for the inhabitants of different regions in accordance with the concept of spatial justice.
He stressed, in this regard, that the biggest current challenge is to manage the issue of water scarcity, which has been exacerbated by the growing phenomenon of drought and the shortage of drinking water and water to agricultural purposes, emphasizing the need for global mobilization focused on awareness.
The governor of the province of Essaouira noted that the effectiveness of the territorial administration lies, in addition to taking into account the concerns and needs of citizens, in its capacity to support development projects within the framework of integration. and permanent coordination with all stakeholders concerned.
It should be remembered that the transfer movement in the ranks of authority agents, carried out by the Ministry of the Interior, concerned 592 agents, or 23% of the total number of this body of the Territorial Administration.
