According to preliminary reports, this Thursday the 1stDecember 9 (local time) a fire broke out in a karaoke cafe a Hanoi, Vietnam.

At the moment they register eleven people dead and two injuredas detailed Hanoi police.
So far the causes of the incident are unknown, however, the authorities indicated that there is a possibility that the incident was caused by a criminal act, for which a suspect was arrested.
“Police suspect that the cafe was set on fire [deliberadamente]” and “has arrested the perpetrator,” police said in a news release.
Images published in state media show the multi-story building with a blackened façade, mostly destroyed by flames, and piles of twisted metal scattered around.
The police received the alert at 11:00 p.m. this Wednesday (4:00 p.m. GMT) about a fire “with many people trapped inside.”

Rescue teams went to the scene and managed to get seven people alive, two of whom were evacuated to the hospital. Rescuers also found dead people once, the security force said..
Witnesses explained to state media that the fire was so intense that no one dared to go in to rescue those who had been trapped.
