She is married to director, actor and screenwriter Sohan Seenulal. The bride is Steffi Francis. Close relatives attended the function in Kochi.
Sohan will be seen on the silver screen as a child actor in the movie Kabooliwala. He later became Shafi’s assistant. In 2011, he became an independent director with Mammootty starrer Doubles.
