jpnn.comJAKARTA – Chairman of the DPP PDI Perjuangan Deddy Yevri Sitorus did not deny the narrative about the seventh President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) who wanted to disrupt the political party bearing the symbol of the white snouted bull.
Primarily, Jokowi’s efforts to disrupt the party were carried out through changing PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.
Deddy did not deny this narrative after receiving questions from media crew regarding reports that Jokowi had disrupted the PDIP congress by changing the secretary general of the party with a red color.
“So, we will not deny the indications you conveyed,” said Deddy in a press conference at the PDIP DPP Office, Jakarta, Thursday (19/12).
He also asked the media crew to further investigate the issue of Jokowi destroying the PDIP through the replacement of Hasto.
According to Deddy, the issue of Jokowi messing with the PDIP is indeed growing within the party, which is being promoted by certain parties.
“We don’t want to mention names here because those names are no longer worth mentioning in our opinion,” said the DPR RI Commission II legislator.
Deddy at the same press conference also responded to another question from the media crew regarding the General Chairperson of the PDIP DPP, Megawati Soekarnoputri, who warned party cadres not to play two-legged politics.
