The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, participated in the activities of the “Reunification” exhibition, organized by the Libyan Paralympic Committee, in cooperation with the Libyan Creatives Foundation, to celebrate Independence Day.
In his speech, Al-Dabaiba renewed “the government’s commitment to supporting professionals with disabilities, and empowering them in various aspects of life and business fields, while providing means to ensure their effective participation in building the nation.”
He stressed “the importance of creating the appropriate environment for people of determination, enabling them to contribute effectively to economic and social development, noting that the event reflects the keenness to strengthen national unity and pride in Libyan cultural heritage.”
“The exhibition aims to support traditional crafts and enhance the role of small and medium enterprise entrepreneurs from various cities in Libya, by highlighting the creativity of craftsmen and presenting innovative models of handicrafts and traditional arts.”
The event included “a group of distinguished activities, which included displaying samples of heritage craft products, and awareness and promotional presentations, aimed at highlighting the importance of empowering local projects and their role in advancing the national economy.”
“A number of people of determination and creators from various parts of Libya participated in the event, presenting examples of their work that reflect their skills and abilities, in addition to highlighting local heritage in its various forms.”
