Kim Soo-mi, Shin Hyun-jun, ghost police
The filming site of the movie ‘Ghost Cop’, the posthumous work of the late actress Kim Soo-mi, was revealed. Kim Soo-mi, who was taking a break during filming, and actor Shin Hyun-jun, whom the deceased regarded as a son, were also included.
On the 24th, J&C Media Group, the distributor of the movie Ghost Cop, released some still cuts from the scene. In the photo, the deceased and actor Shin Hyun-jun are sitting side by side and smiling brightly. Another photo shows Shin Hyun-jun smiling while holding a twisted bowl, and Kim Soo-mi enjoying tea in a tumbler. It is known that the pretzel in the photo is a snack that Kim Soo-mi personally prepared for Shin Hyun-jun.
Shin Hyun-jun recently revealed his longing for the deceased by releasing a poster and trailer for ‘Ghost Cop’. Shin Hyun-joon called the deceased ‘mother’ and said, “This is a movie I made while talking a lot with my mother.” I was happy to be with my mother. “I love you,” he wrote on social media. Shin Hyun-jun and Kim Soo-mi have previously worked together in the series ‘Barefoot Ki-bong’ and ‘Family Glory’. The movie Ghost Cop is scheduled to be released in January next year.
Kim Soo-mi passed away on October 25th at the age of 75. The deceased debuted as a talent in MBC’s 3rd open recruitment in 1970, and was greatly loved as a national actor by playing the role of ‘Daily Tusk’ in the MBC drama ‘Country Diary’ in 1980. Since then, he has continued to be active by appearing in various movies and entertainment programs.
