Paulo Dybala will not continue at Juventus. Negotiations between the striker and the old lady exploded, and today (Monday), after a meeting between the parties in Turin that did not lead to news following a gap in wage demands, the Bianconeri’s announcement also arrived on the subject.

The general manager went on to explain what caused the club to lead to the departure of the Argentine: “With the arrival of Dusan Valahovic, Paolo Dybala ceased to be the center of our project and so we made the decision not to extend his contract.”

Dybala demanded a salary of about 10 million euros, similar to what the parties agreed to him orally last October. But Juventus were willing to pay a lower amount, about 7 million euros, a demand to which Dybala is unwilling.
Now, the veteran striker will leave in the summer after not reaching an agreement in a meeting that lasted about two hours. Among the teams that may absorb him is Inter, when in the past it was reported that Manchester United also followed suit.
Dybala has become one of the most recognized players at Juventus and has scored 8 goals last season. Since 2014/15 he has played for Bianconeri and won 5 Italian championships with the team, in addition to the Champions League final of 2017. Now he is expected to leave without compensation.
