Swathi (24) hails from the Chettipalayam area of ​​Coimbatore. He is working as an accountant in a private company in Saibaba Colony. He has borrowed up to Rs 64,000 from more than 30 online lenders. In this case, he lodged a complaint with the Coimbatore District Cyber ​​Crime Division against a company called Smart loan app. In it, he complained that he was slandered by calling himself on his cell phone because of the delay in repaying the loan on the Smart loan app, sending his photo to the numbers on his cell phone and sending false information and taking action against the persons involved.

The cyber crime police who filed the case on this complaint investigated the numbers called. Then they went there knowing that the calls had come from Bangalore. Coimbatore District Cyber ​​Crime Police arrested four employees of a home-based Smart loan app company and took them to Coimbatore for questioning. Smart loan app manager Arshaya, customer service manager Parveen and assistant manager Raghuman and tele calling manager Yasin were charged with four counts of fraud and two counts of fraud and two offenses under the Information Technology Act.
