Today, the sixth day of the International Film Festival, 69 films will be screened, including 25 films from around the world. The Albanian film Hive, which tells the story of a young woman’s struggle against patriarchy, will be screened on Wednesday.
Wednesday will also see the final screening of 50 films, including Aparna Sen’s film The Rapist, which deals with the life of a sexually abused teacher.
Audience award voting begins tomorrow
Voting for the International Film Festival’s Audience Choice will begin on March 24. Fourteen films in the competition category were considered for voting. Delegates can vote through the academy’s official website, via SMS and mobile app.

The audience award of Rs 2 lakh and a certificate will be presented at the closing ceremony of the fair.
