Semenistaja, who is paired with Serbian Nina Stojanovic, seeded third, defeated the first-seeded Hungarian-Slovenian duo Anna Bondar and Tamara Zidansek in the semifinals 7-5, 6-1.
Reaching the final gives 81 WTA doubles ranking points.
In the decisive match, Semenistaja and Stojanovica will compete with the Australians Jamie Furley and Petra Hull (4th), who were superior to the duo of Slovenia and the Czech Republic Veronika Erjavec/Dominika Šalkova (2nd) in the semi-finals 6-4, 4-6, 10:6.
